bandwidth problem?

does anybody know why the hell the internet is so incredibly slow here in CR today?

someone told me there was a fiber cut somewhere but this feels like 20% normal capacity

lo hacen con ancho de banda certificada
cuestion ke lo dudo, en vista que
el ice vende una proporcion de 3:1
en el plano burocratico...
aun asi por chorizo.. se ke.. se venden lineas
por debajo... lo cual debilita la proporcion de
1:1...

en otras palabras el radio esta sobrevendido...

me alegro de que este sobrevendido, si no lo hicieran asi quien sabe cuanto me cobrarian por 512 kbps..............

el hecho es que hoy esta SUCKING MUCH MORE than typical asi que algo anda mal y muy mal por mis rumbos

Is it really that slow? if it is then I can't believe that people pay for that service

I found the reason of the problem that day there was a failure in one of the two fiber optic cables and because of that everything was running at 50% or less. It got corrected the day after (apparently the failures were in honduras and panama)
